Special orders require a non-refundable, 50% deposit.
All C.O.D. sales will be paid by money order, or certified check. (Sorry, No Cash - UPS Policy)
Business or personal checks accepted for prepayment must clear our bank before shipment.
RETURNS:No returns will be accepted unless prior approval has been made in writing. Special orders cannot be returned. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. No returns after 30 days from date of shipment.
